Orders are processed within one to two working days and generally reach you three to seven working days after that. Major cities are usually quicker; remote areas can take longer. You'll get tracking as soon as it leaves us.
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. There is no minimum and nothing is added at checkout.
Check your parcel on arrival. Anything damaged, faulty or not what you ordered gets replaced — message us with a photo. Cosmetics and personal care products can't be returned once they've left us, which is a hygiene rule rather than a preference; the full terms are in our refund policy.
