Which product should I start with?
Tell us what your skin or hair actually does — oily by lunchtime, tight after washing, breaking at the parting — and we'll point you at one or two things rather than a routine you'll abandon. If nothing we stock suits, we'll say that too.
Can I pay when it arrives?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide, so you pay the courier at your door instead of sending money to a page you haven't bought from before. Card and bank transfer are there at checkout too.
How long does delivery take?
One to two working days to pack, then three to seven working days to reach you, tracked the whole way. Major cities are usually at the quicker end.
How do I know it's genuine?
Everything we list is sourced through channels we can trace and checked before it goes on the site. Sealed products arrive sealed — if yours doesn't, photograph it and we'll replace it.
Can I return something?
Anything damaged, faulty or not what you ordered gets replaced — message us with a photo as soon as it arrives. Cosmetics and personal care products can't be returned once they've left us, which is a hygiene rule; the full terms are in our refund policy.
