About Herfur
We got tired of gambling.
Buying beauty online in Pakistan means taking a chance every time — on whether it's real, on whether it turns up, on whether the price you saw is the price you pay. Herfur is the shop we wanted to buy from.
The problem
Half the shelf is a coin toss.
Ask anyone here where they buy their skincare and you'll get a story. The serum that arrived with a different batch code. The foundation that was clearly refilled. The page that stopped replying once the money was sent.
It isn't that good products don't reach Pakistan. It's that between the brand and your bathroom shelf there are too many places for a fake, an expired batch or a made-up price to get in.
What we do
Fewer products, all of them checked.
We'd rather carry six categories properly than twenty badly. Everything on the site is sourced through channels we can trace, checked before it goes up, and described in words that tell you what it actually does — including who it isn't for.
If we can't source something we're confident in, it doesn't go on the shelf. That's a slower way to build a catalogue and it's the only version of this worth doing.
How we sell it
Nothing you have to take on faith.
You pay the courier at your door, so you're not sending money to a page you found through an ad. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum — no charge appears between the product page and the checkout.
Cosmetics can't be returned once they've left us, and we'd rather say that plainly than bury it. So ask us before you order. Tell us your skin, your hair, what you're trying to fix, and we'll tell you honestly whether we have the thing for it.

We're small and new, and we know exactly what that's worth to a stranger. So we've built the store the way we'd want to be sold to: pay at the door, plain descriptions, and a person on the other end of the message.
