Do you deliver cash on delivery?

Yes, anywhere in Pakistan. You pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. Card and bank transfer are there too if you'd rather pay up front.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in one to two working days and generally reach you within three to seven working days after that, depending on where you are. Major cities are usually quicker.

Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Pakistan. No minimum, and nothing added at checkout.

How do I know the products are genuine?

Everything is sourced through channels we can trace and checked before it's listed. Nothing goes on the site that we wouldn't use ourselves, and sealed products arrive sealed.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Check your parcel as soon as it reaches you and message us straight away with a photo. Anything damaged, faulty or not what you ordered gets put right.

Beyond that, cosmetics and personal care products can't be returned once they've left us — that's a hygiene rule, and it's in our refund policy in full. If you're unsure whether something suits you, ask us before you order and we'll tell you honestly.

Can I order a product you don't stock?

Ask. If it's something we can source properly, we'd rather add it to the shelf than send you elsewhere.
